• Virtual Try-On: Your photos are sent to our AI service (fal.ai) to generate try-on images
• Personalization: Body measurements help improve try-on accuracy
• App Functionality: To save your closet items and outfits
• Subscription Management: To process payments via RevenueCat/Apple
• App Improvement: To enhance features and fix bugs

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• fal.ai: AI image generation for virtual try-on
• RevenueCat: Subscription and payment processing
• Apple App Store: Payment processing and app distribution

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

• We do NOT sell or rent your personal data
• We do NOT share your photos with third parties except for AI processing
• We may share data if required by law

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Photos are transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption. However, no system is 100% secure.

• All your closet items, outfits, and generated images stay on your device
• Photos are securely processed for AI generation
• You can delete all your data anytime by uninstalling the app

DripThat is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
