Welcome to DripThat ("App"), operated by Rayyan Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of Service

DripThat is a virtual try-on application that uses artificial intelligence to generate images of you wearing selected clothing items. The App allows you to:

• Save clothing images to a virtual closet
• Generate AI-powered virtual try-on images
• Rate and analyze outfit combinations
• Browse clothing websites to select items

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• If you are under 18, you must have parental consent
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others

4. Subscription and Payments

DripThat offers premium features through subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method (Apple ID)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and applicable law
• We may change subscription prices with advance notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Use the generated images for fraudulent purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload
• Generated Images: AI-generated try-on images are for personal use only
• Our Content: The App, its features, and design are owned by us
• Third-Party Content: Clothing images from external websites remain the property of their respective owners

The App includes a browser feature to help you find clothing items. When using this feature:

• You are subject to the terms of the websites you visit
• We are not responsible for third-party website content
• We do not process payments or store login credentials for external sites
• We only extract image URLs when you explicitly select them

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• You may stop using the App at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
